About Hannah
After completing her student training at Growth & Recovery, Hannah returns to build her practice home as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern.
Here, she offers individual therapy services for pre-teens, teens, and adults.
Upon meeting Hannah, one quickly sees why clients feel so comfortable with her. She embodies kindness, understanding, and compassion. Her priority is for her clients to feel safe, comfortable, and free from all judgment and to create a space where they can be themselves without any pressure to conform to “traditional norms” of therapy.
With Hannah, clients might, for example, use fidget toys as a way to ease anxiety while sharing, or sit on the floor or lie down on the couch if that helps them feel more at ease.
If desired, drawing from her Certification in Yoga and Meditation Instruction, Hannah integrates mindfulness techniques, meditations, or gentle movement into the sessions. This offers clients a holistic approach to treatment, new tools for self-soothing and a deeper understanding of their unique mind-body connections.
Hannah explains: “Within counseling sessions, I prioritize meeting clients exactly where they are, allowing them to naturally steer the direction of our discussions, based on their needs and priorities.” In her practice, she integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including somatic, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches. This allows her to tailor her methods to best support each client’s individual journey toward healing and growth.
In addition to her prior experience in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) running groups for teens & adults, Hannah has also worked as a professional Nanny, a homeschool teacher, a Social Media Content Creator, and a Yoga Instructor.
Hannah graduated with a BS in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
Offering both day and evening appointments, Hannah has immediate openings and currently accepts private pay arrangements only. Telehealth options are also available. Please inquire.
