Kritti offers individual & group counseling for all ages with primary specialties in anxiety/panic and depression, and special interests in maternal mental health, infant mental health (ages 0 – 5), and grief/bereavement counseling.

Over the years, Kritti has worked in a variety of professional settings ranging from private practice, PHP/IOP, to residential programs. However, she most enjoys the process of outpatient counseling where the focus is on the individual as a whole person and their support system. She believes in the mind-body connection whether that individual is a child, teen, or adult, and explores this to help them cope with their thoughts, emotions, and actions. By taking a proactive yet humble approach to her client’s mental and emotional health, she creates a fun yet warm and safe environment to do the clinical work together.

Kritti uses Psychoeducation, CBT, Positive Psychology, and DBT therapeutic modalities, as well as a Christian faith-based approach whenever requested. She is also certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Self-Compassion.

She received her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 from Troy University and her BS in Psychology in 2013 from Saint Leo University. Kritti has worked in the mental health field for almost ten years.

Available for both day & evening appointments, Kritti currently accepts Aetna insurance and self-pay arrangements.
